Act 122: I Request Reconsideration

I thought that, by rejecting my request to reconsider their decision before I made it, the Commission had made it pretty clear that the odds that they would approve that request after I actually sent it to them were zero. But maybe I was misinterpreting their letter, perhaps what I took as unseemly eagerness to get rid of me was merely a clerical error. (What can I say, hope does spring eternal.) Frankly, they had turned me down with such enthusiasm that I was hesitant to give them another chance to reject my request by actually submitting one – but on November 4, 2003, that's exactly what I did.
